Mark has been a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors for over 19 years. He specialises in niche commercial property development and investment within the retail and leisure property market as well as investing into leisure businesses in the UK and abroad.

2004  Joined Simon Berry to establish LCCL. Mark also set up MRMU Ltd to provide specialist acquisitions consultancy advice for certain leisure operators and was retained to advise Yates Group, latterly R20 as well as Ultimate Leisure as well as direct investment for property development.
